10/13- Johnny Rodriguez, 41, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Assault causes Bodily Injury Family Violence.
10/15- Jonathan Michael Martinez, 22, of Tulia was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Possession of Dangerous Drugs.
10/16- Heath Dwayne Kindrick, 34, of Brownfield was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for Possession of Controlled Substance PG 1 under 1 gram and Unlawful Carrying Weapon.
10/18- Debra Kay Heller, 29, of Hereford was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on two Stonewall County warrants for No Seat Belt and Bail Jumping.

Judgments for October 15, 2014:
Grady Dion Mason, 45, of Dimmitt pled guilty to the charge of Terroristic Threat. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail, $500 fine and $212 court costs.

Daniel Dones, 31, of Dimmitt pled guilty to the original charge of Possession of Controlled Substance PG 1 under 1 gram. He was sentenced to 3 years probation plus fines and court costs.
Grady Dion Mason, 45, of Dimmitt pled guilty to the original charge of Prohibited Substance in a Correctional Facility-Drugs. He was sentenced to 3 years probation plus fines and court costs.
