08/12- Jose Robert Perez, 64, of Dimmitt was transported back from the Middleton Unit by the Sheriff’s Office on a 64th District Court Bench Warrant.

 

08/12- Levi Houston Lay, 43, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on a Castro County warrant for Assault.

 

08/13- Ramon Aguero, 56, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Texas Highway Patrol on a Potter County warrant for Theft by Check over $20-under $500.

 

08/15- Johnathan Felix Gutierrez Ruiz, 23, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Driving While Intoxicated.

 

08/17- Timothy John Solano, 36, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Dimmitt Police on a San Miguel County, New Mexico warrant for Failure to Appear.

 

08/18- Craig Mitchell Kalm, 54, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Possession of Controlled Substance PG 1 over 1 gram-under 4 grams.

 

08/20- Daniel Perez Jr., 27, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Possession of Controlled Substance PG 1 under 1 gram.

 

08/20- Kimberly Nieto, 38, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Possession of Controlled Substance PG 1 under 1 gram and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

 

08/21- Jeanette Varela, 25, of Bovina was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on a Deaf Smith County warrant for Fail to Comply with Duties/Requirements Striking Vehicle.

 

08/21- Antonio Leal Jr., 36, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Dimmitt Police on a Castro County warrant for Criminal Trespass.

 

08/22- Mark Anthony Carrasco, 18, of Hart was arrested by the Texas Highway Patrol for Driving While Intoxicated 1st Offense.

  • At 6:30 p.m., 2800 blk U.S. 385, extra patrol requested.

  • At 8:54 p.m., 1500 blk U.S. 385, Dimmitt, assist Dimmitt Police with debris in roadway call-contact made with persons who picked up debris;

Julio Navor Gonzales, 32, of Hereford was indicted on the original charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 under 1 gram which is a State Jail Felony.

 

Gary Devester Merritt, 53, of Lucedale, Mississippi was indicted on the original charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 under 1 gram which is a State Jail Felony.

 

J’Shondrriq Triana, 20, of Dimmitt was indicted on the original charge of Prohibited Substance in a Correctional Facility-Drugs which is a 3rd Degree Felony.

 

Victor Moreno, 37, of Tulia was indicted on the original charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 under 1 gram which is a State Jail Felony.

 

Cuauhtemoc Arevalo Valdez, 55, of Dimmitt was indicted on the original charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 under 1 gram which is a State Jail Felony.

Juan Hilberto Lopez, 48, of Hart was indicted on the original charge of Sex Offenders Duty to Register-Fail to Comply with Other Requirements which is a 3rd Degree Felony.

 

Fabian Resendez, 41, of Dimmitt was indicted on five (5) counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon on Public Servant which is a 1st Degree Felony.
