09/01- Misael Fernandez, 36, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Texas Highway Patrol on a Deaf Smith County warrant for Driving While License Invalid.
09/01- Ray Chico Lopez, 26, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Assault by Contact.
09/02- Marcus Ray Nieto, 22, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on a Castro County warrant for Violation of Protective Order-Motion to Surrender Surety.
09/03- Carlos Mireles III, 35, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Terroristic Threat Family Member and Assault by Threat.
09/04- Raynea Garcia, 37, of Levelland was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on a Lubbock County warrant for Theft of Service over $1,500-under $20,000.
09/04- Timothy Ewing, 51, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Criminal Trespass.

Judgments for August 26, 2015:
Kristy Reyes, 27, of Dimmitt pled guilty to the original charge of Theft over $50-under $500. She was sentenced to 60 days in jail probated for one (1) year, $500 fine, $292 court costs, $50 Crime Line and 75 hours of community service.

Judgments for September 3, 2015:
Jesus Fernando Aguero, 18, of Dimmitt pled guilty to the original charge of Burglary of a Habitation. His plea of guilt was set aside and he was placed on four (4) years of Adjudicated Probation, $2,500 fine, $333 court costs, $500 Attorney Fees, $50 Crime Line, community service hours and was ordered to pay $1,050 in restitution to the victims of the crime.
