10/13- Mary Perez, 59, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on a Castro County warrant for Theft by Check over $20-under $500.

 

10/13- Kimberly Ann Nieto, 39, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on a Castro County warrant for Possession Controlled Substance PG 1 under 1 gram-Bond Surrender.

 

10/14- Shannon Dwayne Garza, 36, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Driving While License Invalid with Previous Conviction.

 

10/15- Edward Javier Silva, 41, of Dimmitt was booked into jail to serve 90 days for Contempt of Court-Child Support.

 

10/15- Jason James Garibaldi, 46, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on two Castro County warrants for Theft over/$500-under $1,500-Motion to Revoke Probation and Resist Arrest, Search or Transportation-Motion to Revoke Probation.

 

10/17- Jose Angel Aguero Jr., 22, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

 

10/17- Jose Juan Aguero, 25, of Snyder was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

 

10/19- Dusty Lee Kay, 29, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for Public Intoxication.

Judgments for October 14, 2015:

 

Johnny Rodriquez, 42, of Dimmitt pled true to violations of his probation on the original charge of Assault causes Bodily Injury Family Violence. His probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve 60 days in jail plus fines and court costs.
