Francisco Gonzales, 31, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on a Castro County warrant for False Report to a Peace Officer.
October 27
Angela Denise Strickland, 36, of Hart was transported from Deaf Smith County by the Sheriff’s Office on a Castro County warrant for Manufacture/Deliver Controlled Substance, PG 1, over 200 grams-under 400 grams.
Ricardo Nieto, 33, of Hereford was was transported from Deaf Smith County by the Sheriff’s Office on two Castro County warrants for Possession of Marijuana, under 2 ounces, and Possession of Controlled Substance, PG 3, under 28 grams.
Rose Kryselda Gonzales, 22, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Possession of Marijuana, under 2 ounces, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Brittani Telles-Garza, 27, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Driving While License Invalid, Possession of Marijuana under 2 ounces and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Judgments for October 26, 2016:
Dillion Cade Reed, 21, of Friona pled guilty to the original charge of Driving While Intoxicated, 1st Offense. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail, probated for one (1) year; $500 fine; $435.10 court costs; $50 Crime Line Fee; $100 Food Donation to the Helping Hands and was ordered by the court to take an Alcohol Awareness Class at his own expense.
Damian Garcia Zepeda, 25, of Dimmitt pled pled guilty to the original charge of Driving While Intoxicated, 2nd Offense. He was sentenced to 120 days in jail, probated for one (1) year; $500 fine; $435.10 court costs; $50 Crime Line Fee; $100 Food Donation to the Helping Hands and was ordered by the court to take an Alcohol Awareness Class at his own expense. He also pled guilty to the charge of Resisting Arrest, Search or Transportation. His plea of guilt was set aside and he was placed on one (1) year Deferred Adjudication Probation, $500 fine, $173 court costs and $50 Crime Line Fee.
Buddy Joe Burnam, 29, of Amarillo pled guilty to the original charge of Possession of Marijuana, under 2 ounces. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail, probated for one (1) year; $500 fine; $317 court costs; $50 Crime Line Fee; and $100 Food Donation to the Helping Hands.
Edi Alberto Lujan, 39, of Hart pled guilty to the original charge of Deadly Conduct. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail, $300 fine and $282 court costs. He also pled guilty to the original charge of Terroristic Threat of Household Member. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail, $300 fine and $282 court costs. He also pled guilty to the charge of Harassment. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail, $300 fine and $272 court costs. All sentences will run concurrent.
Daniel Ivan Rodriguez, 31, of Dimmitt pled guilty to the original charge of Display Fictitious Motor Vehicle Registration. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail, probated for one (1) year; $500 fine; $257 court costs; $50 Crime Line Fee; 50 hours of community service; and $250 Attorney Fees.
