HHS Robotics Team Comes In First

WIN FIRST PLACE – One of Hart High School’s robotics teams captured first place in the advanced arena of the contest held Saturday at the Region 16 Service Center in Amarillo. Team members are Alexcia Calderon, Lilly Ramirez and Camarie Neudorf; also pictured is robotics teacher/coach Rob O’Connor. The Texas Computer Education Association Mindstorms Challenge for the 2014-15 school year, titled “Food Frenzy,” is designed around the theme of Food, growing food and harvesting food. The HHS team named its robot, Nova.
