12/08- Gary Doyle Ramage, 55, of Muleshoe was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on a Castro County warrant for Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or More.
12/08- John Lafuente Jr., 55, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on a Castro County warrant for Possession of Controlled Substance PG 1 over 1 gram-under 4 grams.
12/08- Mario Alberto Sanchez, 17, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Dimmitt Police on a Castro County warrant for Burglary of a Vehicle.
12/09- Michael Vance Swinburn, 38, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Driving While Intoxicated 1st Offense.
12/09- Billy Trent Day, 22, of Hereford was arrested by the Texas Highway Patrol for No Drivers License and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
12/09- Hunter Niel Mason, 22, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Texas Highway Patrol for a Castro County warrant for Manufacture/Deliver Controlled Substance PG 1 over 1 gram-under 4 grams-Motion to Adjudicate Probation and on-site Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
12/10- Joe Reyes Jr., 43, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for Possession of Controlled Substance PG 1 under 1 gram.
12/10- Celia Arguijo Reyes, 50, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for Possession of Controlled Substance PG 1 under 1 gram.
12/11- Christopher Rene Enriquez, 29, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Driving While License Invalid with Previous Conviction and Possession of Marijuana under 2 ounces in a Drug Free Zone.
12/13- Michelle Silva, 39, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on a Castro County warrant for Theft over $50-under $500 Fail to Appear.
12/14- Willard Phillip Eubanks, 21, of Lubbock was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Possession of Marijuana under 2 ounces.

Judgments for December 10, 2014:
Oscar Medina Guizar, 27, of Dimmitt pled guilty to the original charge of Driving While Intoxicated 1st Offense. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail probated for one (1) year, $750 fine, $435.10 court costs, $50 Crime Line Fee, $100 Food Donation to the County Jail and has to attend a repeat offender class at his own expense.
Robert Lara Jr., 20, of Dimmitt pled guilty to the original charge of Possession of Marijuana under 2 ounces. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail probated for one (1) year, $500 fine, $317 court costs, $50 Crime Line Fee and $100 Food Donation to the County Jail.
Ricardo Chavez-Fernandez, 20, of Dimmitt pled guilty to the original charge of Reckless Driving. His guilty plea was set aside and was placed on 6 months Deferred Adjudication Probation, $200 fine, $173 court costs, $50 Crime Line Fee and a $100 Food Donation to the County Jail.
Mario Alberto Sanchez, 17, of Dimmitt pled guilty to the original charge of Burglary of a Vehicle. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail probated for one (1) year, $750 fine, $292 court costs, $50 Crime Line Fee, 50 hours of community service and was ordered by the court to pay $300 in restitution to the victim of the crime.
Luis Chavira, 27, of Dimmitt pled guilty to the charge of Deadly Conduct. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail, $500 fine and $317 court costs.
Miguel Jimenez Gaspar, 25, of Friona pled guilty to the original charges of Driving While Intoxicated 1st Offense and Evading Arrest or Detention. He was sentenced on the DWI case to 60 days in jail, $500 fine and $395.10 court costs. On the Evading case he was sentenced to 60 days in jail, $500 fine and $217 court costs.
