01/13- Edwin Omar Lainez, 28, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Dimmitt Police on a Castro County warrant for Assault causes Bodily Injury Family Violence and a Hale County warrant for Fail to Identify Fugitive From Justice and on-site Fail to Identify to a Peace Officer.

 

01/14- Angel Reynaldo Beanes, 27, of Hart was booked into jail after court to serve out his time.

 

01/14- Trevor Arland Sinclair, 22, of Darouzett was booked into jail after court to serve out his time.

 

01/14- Christopher Rene Enriquez, 29, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on a Castro County warrant for Driving While License Invalid-Motion to Revoke Probation and a Deaf Smith County warrant for Possession of Marijuana under 2 ounces-Motion to Revoke Probation.

 

01/15- Daniel Ray Silva, 38, of Dimmitt was booked into jail to await transfer to the Texas Department of Criminal Justice-State Jail.

 

01/18- Raquel Barrios, 23, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Texas Highway Patrol on a Castro County warrant for Assault causes Bodily Injury Family Violence.

  • At 5:19 p.m., U.S. 60 & FM 1057, assist Castro County EMS with medical.

 

01/13

  • At 4:45 p.m., 100 E. Bedford-Sheriff’s Office, Dimmitt, speak with complainant about phone scam.

 

01/14

  • At 9:51 a.m., 2200 blk Texas 86, livestock reported on roadway
  • At 10:00 p.m., 100 E. Bedford-Sheriff’s Office, Dimmitt, warrant service-arrest made.

01/15

  • At 12:30 p.m., 200 blk 3rd, Nazareth, assist Castro County EMS with medical call;
  • At 10:49 p.m., 1400 blk CR 614, unknown type fire reported.

 

01/16

  • At 1:12 p.m., 200 blk CR 601, reports of missing cattle;
  • At 2:19 p.m., 900 blk E. Bedford, Dimmitt, assist Dimmitt Police with vehicle blocking roadway;
  • At 3:06 p.m., 200 blk Texas 86, person reported being threatened;
  • At 10:50 p.m., 2200 blk U.S. 385, attempt to locate possible intoxicated motorist.

  • At 9:48 a.m., 2800 blk U.S. 385, livestock reported on roadway.

  • At 2:36 p.m., 200 blk SW 3rd, Dimmitt, assist Dimmitt Police with possible assault;
  • At 10:00 p.m., 900 blk W. Halsell, Dimmitt, criminal trespassing reported;
  • At 10:40 p.m., 600 blk U.S. 385, stranded motorist reported.

Judgments for January 15, 2015:

 

Angel Reynaldo Beanes, 27, of Hart pled true to violations of his probation on the original charge of Assault causes Bodily Injury Family Violence. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail plus fines and court costs.

 

Trevor Arland Sinclair, 22, of Darouzett pled true to violations of his probation on the original charge of Possession of Dangerous Drugs. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail plus fines and court costs.

 

Francisco Javier Villalobos, 33, of Dimmitt pled guilty to the original charge of Theft over $50-under $500. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, $500 fine and $267 court costs and was ordered to pay $50 in restitution to the victim of the crime.

 

Adrian Soriano Castillo, 35, of Hart pled guilty to the original charge of Driving While Intoxicated 1st Offense. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail probated for one (1) year, $750 fine, $435.10 court costs, $50 Crime Line Fee and $100 Food Donation to the County Jail.

 

Ysrrael Arce Salinas III, 29, of Dimmitt pled guilty to the original charge of Assault causes Bodily Injury Family Violence. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail probated for one (1) year, $750 fine, $257 court costs, $50 Crime Line Fee and $100 Food Donation to the County Jail.

 

Timothy Joe Ewing, 51, of Dimmitt pled guilty to two counts of Criminal Trespass. He was sentenced on both cases to 180 days in jail, $500 fine and $217 court costs. The sentences will run consecutively.

 

Angelo Cruz Ybarra, 22, of Dimmitt pled true to violations of his probation on three original charges of Assault causes Bodily Injury and two counts of Deadly Conduct. He also pled guilty to the original charge of Resisting Arrest, Search or Transportation. His probation was revoked on the three cases and was sentenced to 90 days in jail plus fines and court costs. On the resisting case, he was sentenced to 90 days in jail, $750 fine and $217 court costs. The sentences will run consecutively.

 

Mario Alberto Sanchez, 17, of Dimmitt pled guilty to the original charge of Resisting Arrest, Search or Transportation. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail, $750 fine and $217 court costs.

 

Francisco Martinez, 32, of Dimmitt pled guilty to the original charge of Assault causes Bodily Injury. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail, $750 fine and $267 court costs.

Judgments for January 16, 2015:

 

Amanda Gonzales Ramirez, 30, of Dimmitt pled true to violations of her probation on the original charge of Forgery of a Financial Instrument-Counterfeit Currency. Her probation was revoked and she was sentenced to 3 years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice-Institutional Division plus fines and court costs.

 

Daniel Ray Silva, 37, of Dimmitt pled guilty to the original charge of Possession of Controlled Substance PG 1 under 1 gram. He was sentenced to 12 months in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice-State Jail Division plus fines and court costs.
