01/27- Gabriel Nunez Montiel, 72, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on two Castro County warrants for Violation of Motor Fuel Tax.

 

01/27- Blas Ramon Cadena, 41, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on two Castro County warrants for Violation of Motor Fuel Tax.

 

01/27- Raul Cadena, 43, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on one Castro County warrant for Violation of Motor Fuel Tax.

 

01/28- Johnathan Daniel Jimenez, 31, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Possession of Marijuana under 2 ounces and Possession of Controlled Substance PG 1 over 1 gram-under 4 grams.

 

01/29- Fernando Guadalupe Cordova, 37, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

 

01/30- Jeremy Camerino Gamez, 26, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Possession Controlled Substance PG 3 under 28 grams Drug Free Zone, Possession of Controlled Substance PG 1 under 1 gram Drug Free Zone and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

 

01/30- Santana Garza, 41, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

 

01/31- David Collins, 42, of Paris was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Possession of Controlled Substance PG 1 under 1 gram and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

 

01/31- Cool Enriquez, 20, of Hereford was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on a Deaf Smith County warrant for Minor In Possession-Alcoholic Beverage.

  • At 4:30 p.m., 500 blk S. Broadway, Dimmitt, warrant service- two arrests made.

Judgments for January 28, 2015:

 

Juan Castillo, 43, of Dimmitt pled guilty on two counts of Criminal Trespass of a Habitation. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail, $250 fine and $267 court costs on both cases.
