All persons arrested have been formally charged by warrant or have been formally arraigned by a Magistrate:
06/04- Richard Ramirez Orosco, 55, of Texico, New Mexico was transported from Roosevelt County, New Mexico by the Sheriff’s Office on a Castro County warrant for Possession of Controlled Substance PG 1 over 4 grams-under 200 grams.
06/04- Lyle Alan Loudder, 50, of Sunnyside was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on a Castro County warrant for Assault causes Bodily Injury Family Violence.
06/08- Caroline Leilane Kabbe, 24, of Fair Oaks was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on a Kendall County warrant for Theft over $20-under $500 by Check.
06/08- Michael William Herrera, 33, of Universal City was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for Possession of Marijuana under 2 ounces.

• At 4:58 p.m., 300 blk U.S. 385, fire reported-controlled burn;
• At 7:00 p.m., Texas 194& FM 168, Hart, abandoned vehicle reported;
• At 8:03 p.m., 700 blk Ave E, Hart, possible burglary reported.

• At 6:49 p.m., 7 miles north U.S. 385, reckless driver reported;
• At 10:31 p.m., Texas 194 & FM 168, Hart, livestock on roadway.
06/06
• At 3:07 a.m., 1000 blk Texas 86, suspicious vehicle reported;
• At 3:50 a.m., 4 miles south of Hart on FM168, livestock reported on roadway;
• At 6:43 a.m., 3 miles east of Dimmitt on Texas 86, horses reported on roadway;
• At 3:41 p.m., U.S. 385 & FM 145, assist the Texas Highway Patrol with traffic accident;
• At 5:37 p.m., SW 7th & W. Belsher, Dimmitt, assist Dimmitt Police with fight in progress.

• At 7:25 p.m., 1300 blk U.S. 385, traffic stop-drug & warrant arrest made.

Judgments for June 4, 2014:
Santos Oltivero Jr., 36, of Dimmitt pled guilty to the original charge of Theft of Property over $500-under $1,500. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail probated for one (1) year, $250 fine, $307 court costs, $50 Crime Line Fee, $75 Food Donation to the County Jail and was ordered to pay $1,201.96 in restitution to the victim of the crime.
Kenneth Neal Dow, 44, of Olton pled guilty to the original charge of Criminal Trespass. He was sentenced to three (3) days in jail, $100 fine and $217 court costs.
Trevor Arland Sinclair, 21, of Dimmitt pled guilty to the original charge of Possession of Dangerous Drugs. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail probated for one (1) year, $500 fine, $302 court costs, $50 Crime Line Fee and $75 Food Donation to the County Jail.

Judgments for June 5, 2014:
Amanda Gonzales Ramirez, 30, of Dimmitt pled guilty to the original charge of Forgery-money(Counterfeiting). She was sentenced to 5 years probation plus fines, court costs, $50 Crime Line Fee and Attorney Fees.
Johnny Heliberto Lopez Jr., 22, of Dimmitt had a Motion to Adjudicate hearing on his probation for the original charge of Possession of Controlled Substance PG 1 over 1 gram-under 4 grams. His probation was revoked and he was sentenced to 6 years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice-Institutional Division plus fines and court costs. He also entered into a plea agreement and pled guilty to the original charge of Evading Arrest or Detention with a Previous Conviction. He was sentenced to six (6) months in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice- State Jail.
