April 23

Jessica Nicole Reyes, 32, of Hart was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on a Castro County warrant for Possession of Marijuana under 2 ounces-motion to revoke probation.

Eduardo Perez Sr., 28, of Lubbock was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Possession of Marijuana under 2 ounces.

April 24

Anna Ashley Oliver, 33, of Hereford was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for Evading Arrest or Detention with Motor Vehicle.

April 26

Bryan Anthony Guzman, 30, of Amarillo was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Leroy Truman Dick, 36, of Tulia was arrested by the Texas Highway Patrol on a warrant for Driving While License Invalid with Previous Conviction.

April 28

Tony Alan Davis, 29, of Lubbock was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Possession of Controlled Substance PG 2 over 4 grams-under 400 grams and Possession of Marijuana under 2 ounces.

April 29

Jose Rogelio Guzman, 22, of Hereford was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Public Intoxication and also on a warrant for Possession of Marijuana.

Timothy Alexander Flores, 26, of Friona was arrested by the Texas Highway Patrol on a warrant for Assault.

Kathryn Ryan Wilson, 25, of Austin was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Possession of Controlled Substance PG 2 over 4 grams-under 400 grams and Possession of Marijuana under 2 ounces.

Daniel Kane Paulson, 29, of Lincoln University, Pennsylvania was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Possession of Controlled Substance PG 2 over 4 grams-under 400 grams and Possession of Marijuana under 2 ounces.

April 30

Crystian Olivia Barrientos, 21, of Hereford was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for Driving While License Invalid with Previous Conviction.

Kenneth Lee Bails Sr., 65, of Hart was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on a Bailey County warrant for Burglary of a Building.

Joshua Lee Bails, 36, of Muleshoe was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on a Bailey County warrant for Burglary of a Building.

Judgments for April 25, 2018:

Twyla Gene Lopez, 39, of Plainview pled guilty to the offense of Assault causes Bodily Injury Family Violence.  She was sentenced to 90 days in jail probated for one (1) year, $500 fine, $307 court costs, $50 Crime Line Fee and a $100 Food Donation to the Helping Hands Ministry in lieu of community service hours.

Pedro Garcia, 26, of Dimmitt pled guilty to the offense of Driving While Intoxicated 2nd Offense.  He was sentenced to 60 days in jail, $500 fine and $395.10 court costs.  He was ordered to serve his time with Immigration Customs and Enforcement.

Francisco Lopez Castro, 41, of Hart pled guilty to the offense of Driving While Intoxicated with B.A.C. over 0.15.  He was sentenced to 60 days in jail, $500 fine and $395.10 court costs. He was ordered to serve his time with Immigration Customs and Enforcement.

Saul Galvan, 20, of Dimmitt pled guilty to the offense of Driving While Intoxicated with B.A.C. over 0.15.  He was sentenced to 60 days in jail, $500 fine and $395.10 court costs. He was ordered to serve his time with Immigration Customs and Enforcement.

Roy Lee Rodriguez, 33, of Dimmitt pled true to violations of his probation on the original charge of Assault causes Bodily Injury.  He was ordered to serve 90 days in jail plus fines and court costs.
