02/24- Joseph Hernandez, 18, of Odessa was booked into jail after court to serve out his sentence for Possession of Marijuana under 2 ounces.
02/24- Leon Isaguirre Jr., 34, of Hart was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on a Randall County warrant for Injury to a Child-Motion to Adjudicate.
02/28- Gavin Riley Flores, 19, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for Possession of Marijuana under 2 ounces and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
02/28- Adrian Aguilar, 40, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Manufacture/Deliver Controlled Substance, PG 1, over 4 grams-under 200 grams, Possession of Marijuana under 2 ounces and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Judgments for February 23, 2016:
Armando Cuevas, 33, of Dimmitt pled true violations of his probation on the original charge of Display Altered, Obscured or Fictitious License Plate. His probation was reinstated and it was extended for two years. He was ordered by the court to submit to drug testing on a monthly basis.
Michael William Herrera, 36, of Universal City pled guilty to the original charge of Possession of Marijuana, under 2 ounces. He was fined $500 plus court costs of $292.
Thomas Wayne Moreno, 26, of Dimmitt pled true to violation of his probation on the original charge of Possession of Marijuana, under 2 ounces. His probation was revoked and was given credit for jail time already served.
Raynea Garcia, 28, of Hart pled guilty to the original charge of Driving While License Invalid with Previous Conviction. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail, probated for one (1) year, $500 fine, $257 court costs and $50 Crime Line Fee.
Judgments for February 24, 2016:
Marco Leal, 17, of Dimmitt pled guilty to the original charge of Assault/causes Bodily Injury/Family Violence. His plea of guilt was set aside, and he was placed on Deferred Adjudication Probation for one (1) year, $500 fine, $173 court costs and $50 Crime Line Fee.
Chase Garrett Hatla, 23, of Dimmitt pled guilty to the original charge of Driving While Intoxicated, 1st Offense. He was sentenced 90 days in jail probated for six (6) months, $500 fine, $435.10 court costs, $50 Crime Line Fee and was ordered by the court to attend and complete an Alcohol Awareness Class at his own expense.
Joseph Albert Hernandez, 18, of Odessa pled true to violations of his probation on the original charge of Possession of Marijuana, under 2 ounces. His probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve 60 days in jail plus his fines and court costs.
Gustavo Arguijo, 24, of Dimmitt pled guilty to the original charge of Evading Arrest or Detention. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail and $277 in court costs. He also pled No Contest to the original charge of Assault/causes Bodily Injury. The case was transferred into the Evading case and incurred a $282 court costs. He also had a hearing on a violation of his probation on the original charge of Assault. He pled true to the violations and his probation was revoked. He was ordered to serve 60 days in jail.

Judgments for February 25, 2016:
Ashley Rios, 27, of Littlefield pled guilty to the original charge of Manufacture/Delivery Controlled Substance, PG 1, over 4 grams-under 200 grams. She was sentence to eight (8) years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice-Institutional Division plus fines and court costs.

Rewards offered for the following Crimes:
The Castro County Crime Line is offering a $500 REWARD for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons involved in the theft of the diesel tank trailer west of Hart. A $250 REWARD is being offered for the recovery of the diesel tank trailer. The theft occurred sometime between Saturday, February 20, 2016 and Monday, February 22, 2016. Anyone with information can call the Castro County Sheriff’s Office at 806-647-3311 or the Castro County Crime Line at 806-647-4711. All callers may remain anonymous.
The Castro County Crime Line is offering a $500 REWARD for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons involved in a burglary of a building which occurred sometime between Monday, February 1, 2016 and Tuesday, February 2, 2016 east of Dimmitt. A $250 REWARD is being offered for the recovery of the property taken in the burglary.
