Josefina Inez Aguilera, 32, of Hereford was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Possession of Controlled Substance, PG 1, under 1 gram, and Possession of Marijuana, under 2 ounces.
Antonio Ortiz Jr., 43, of Hereford was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle.
Jacob Rodriguez, 22, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
December 14
Stephen Paul Ramirez, 17, Hart was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for Possession of Controlled Substance, PG3, under 28 grams-Drug Free Zone.
December 17
Lonny Tipton Trehon, 21, of Kiowa, Colorado, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for Possession of Controlled Substance, PG 2, over 4 grams-under 400 grams, and Unlawful Carrying a Weapon.
December 18
Christian Thomas Baker, 20, of Lubbock was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Possession of Marijuana, under 2 ounces; Possession of Controlled Substance, PG 2, over 4 grams-under 400 grams; and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Brookelyn Noelle Gearn, 20, of Baird pled guilty to the charge of Possession of Marijuana, under 2 ounces. Her plea of guilt was set aside and she was placed on one (1) year of Deferred Adjudication Probation, $500 fine, $173 court costs, $50 Crime Line Fee and was ordered to pay $100 Food Donation to Helping Hands.
