Persons Arrested & Booked into Jail May 13 to 19, 2015

05/13- Michael Diaz, 41, of Hart was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on a Texas Department of Criminal Justice Parole warrant and a Floyd County Contempt of Child Support warrant.

05/14- Adan “Adam” Vasquez Lopez, 46, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for Manufacture/Deliver Controlled Substance PG 1 over 4 grams-under 200 grams.

05/15- Cecilia Rodriguez, 40, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for Manufacture/Deliver Controlled Substance PG 1 over 4 grams-under 200 grams.

05/15- Cyle Lloyd Lookingbill, 22, of Hereford was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for Possession of Marijuana under 2 ounces and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

05/15- Jeffrey Nino, 26, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Dimmitt Police on a Texas Department of Criminal Justice Parole warrant.

05/15- Jesus Fernando Aguero, 18, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Dimmitt Police on a Castro County warrant for Burglary of a Habitation.

05/15- Ricardo Reyes Jr., 28, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Dimmitt Police on a Deaf Smith County warrant for Forgery.

05/15- Reynaldo Garcia III, 37, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

05/17- Cuauhtemoc “Timo” Arevalo Valdez, 55, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for Possession of Controlled Substance PG 1 under 1 gram, Possession of Dangerous Drugs and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

05/14

• At 5:04 p.m., 900 blk Texas 86, reckless driver reported;

• At 5:25 p.m., Texas 194 & FM 145, Hart, debris reported on roadway;

• At 10:26 p.m., 600 blk W. Grant, Dimmitt, execute a State of Texas Search Warrant- two arrests made.

• At 9:34 a.m., 700 blk Oak, Dimmitt, IRS phone scam reported;

• At 11:11 a.m., 300 blk U.S. 385, report of drug activity- one arrest made;

• At 6:58 p.m., 3000 blk Texas 86, reports of livestock on roadway;

• At 8:12 p.m., 100 blk Coronado Road, Coronado Acres, unwanted person reported on property;

• At 8:16 p.m., 2800 blk U.S. 385, livestock reported on roadway;

• At 11:23 p.m., CR 617 & FM 1055, suspicious vehicles reported.

• At 1:19 a.m., 300 blk Texas 86, reports of water over the roadway;

• At 5:09 a.m., 2200 blk U.S. 385, reports of water over the roadway;

• At 2:12 p.m., Texas 86 & FM 168, Nazareth, business alarm reported;

• At 2:50 p.m., FM 2943 & U.S. 385, traffic accident reported;

• At 4:20 p.m., FM 2943 & U.S. 385, utility company requesting assistance with traffic control.
