November 7
Israel Martinez, 36, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Dimmitt Police on a Deaf Smith County warrant.
November 8
Kelly Malone Bushman, 54, of Hereford was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for Possession of Marijuana, under 2 ounces.
Kylar Travis Birkenfeld, 20, of Nazareth was arrested by the Dimmitt Police on a Castro County warrant for Theft and a Lubbock County warrant for Theft.
November 10
Scottie Brooke Perry, 30, of Amarillo was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Fail to Display Driver’s License and Fail to Maintain Financial Responsibility.

November 12

- At 7:18 p.m., 1400 blk CR 614, assist the Texas Highway Patrol with traffic accident;

Judgments for November 8, 2017:
Luz Elena Cuevas, 37, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma pled true to violations of her probation on the original charge of Possession of Marijuana, under 2 ounces. Her probation was revoked and was ordered to serve 60 days in jail plus fines and court costs.
Ezkiel Lopez, 20, of Dimmitt pled true to violations of his probation on the original charge of Theft. His probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve 90 days in jail plus fines and court costs.
Jose David Lopez, 19, of Dimmitt pled guilty to the charge of Possession of Marijuana, under 2 ounces. His plea of guilt was set aside and he was placed on one (1) year of deferred adjudication probation, $500 fine, $173 court costs, $50 Crime Line Fee and was ordered to donate $100 food purchase to the Helping Hands in lieu of community service hours.
Mario Alberto Sanchez, 19, of Dimmitt pled guilty to the charge of Possession of Marijuana, under 2 ounces. His plea of guilt was set aside and he was placed on one (1) year of deferred adjudication probation, $500 fine, $173 court costs, $50 Crime Line Fee and 50 hours of community service.
Cedrick Emanuel Ramirez, 19, of Dimmitt pled guilty to the charge of Possession of Marijuana, under 2 ounces. His plea of guilt was set aside and he was placed on one (1) year of deferred adjudication probation, $500 fine, $173 court costs, $50 Crime Line Fee and 50 hours of community service.
Nathaniel Rivera, 20, of Dimmitt pled guilty to the charge of Publish/Threat to Publish Intimate Visual Material. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail probated for one (1) year, $750 fine, $307 court costs, $50 Crime Line Fee and was ordered to donate $100 food purchase to the Helping Hands in lieu of community service hours.
Eliseo Sanchez, 32, of Dumas pled guilty to the charge of Driving While License Invalid with Previous Conviction. His plea of guilt was set aside and he was placed on six (6) months of deferred adjudication probation, $500 fine, $173 court costs, $50 Crime Line Fee and was ordered to donate $100 food purchase to the Helping Hands in lieu of community service hours.
Brenda Leal Silva, 35, of Dimmitt pled guilty to the charge of Criminal Trespass. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail, $500 fine and $282 court costs.
Daniel Ray Silva, 40, of Dimmitt pled true to violations of his probation on the original charge of Driving While License Invalid with Previous Convictions. His probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve 60 days in jail plus fines and court costs.
