All persons arrested have been formally charged by warrant or have been formally arraigned by a Magistrate:
07/22- Christopher Rene Enriquez, 29, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for Driving While License Invalid and Display Fictitious License Plate.
07/22- Samantha Lopez Ortiz, 30, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for Possession of Controlled Substance PG 1 over 1 gram-under 4 grams and Endangering a Child-Criminal Negligence.
07/22- Catinna Ann Dye, 41, of Tulsa, Oklahoma was transported back from Dallas County by the Sheriff’s Office on a Castro County warrant for Assault causes Bodily Injury-Motion to Revoke Probation.
07/23- Jose Guerrero, 42, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Dimmitt Police on a Castro County warrant for Fleeing From Peace Officer-Motion to Revoke Probation.
07/23- Victor Guerrero, 23, of Friona was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for Interfere with Emergency Call.
07/23- Santana Garza, 41, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on a Castro County warrant for Criminal Mischief over $50-under $500-Motion to Revoke Probation.
07/25- Grady Dion Mason, 45, of Dimmitt was transported back from Lamb County by the Sheriff’s Office on a Castro County warrant for Retaliation.
07/27- Cesar Escobedo Salas, 38, of Round Rock was arrested by the Texas Highway Patrol for Driving While Intoxicated.

Judgments for July 23, 2014:
Dion Dezmond Reyna, 20, of Hart pled guilty to the original charge of Possession of Marijuana under 2 ounces. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail probated for one (1) year, $500 fine, $317 court costs, $50 Crime Line Fee and $75 Food Donation for the County Jail.
Juan Francisco Navarro, 24, of Dimmitt pled guilty to the original charge of Assault causes Bodily Injury Family Member. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, $250 fine and $267 court costs. He was ordered to serve his time with Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Hugo Barrientos Gomez Sr., 45, of Dimmitt pled guilty to the charges of Resisting Arrest, Search or Transportation and Evading Arrest or Detention. He was sentenced on both cases to 30 days in jail, $250 fine and $217 court costs on each case.
Manuel Ivan Garcia-Grado, 24, of Dimmitt pled guilty to the charges of Driving While Intoxicated, 1st Offense, and Failure to Identify. He was sentenced on the DWI case to 30 days in jail, $250 fine and $395.10 court costs. On the Failure to Identify case, he was sentenced to 30 days in jail, $250 fine and $217 court costs. He was ordered to serve his time with Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
