03/09- Jorge Olmos, 26, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Driving While Intoxicated 2nd Offense.
03/09- Juan Silvestre Fauda-Gonzales, 25, of Friona was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Public Intoxication.
03/09- Carlos Nicholas Hernandez, 32, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on a Potter County warrant for Driving While Intoxicated.
03/10- Joseph Eric Tannehill, 28, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Dimmitt Police on a Castro County warrant for Forgery.
03/10- Michael Paul Garcia, 37, of Hart was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on a Castro County warrant for Theft of Service over $500-under $1,500; Fail to Appear.

03/13- James Allen Burris, 46, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on a Castro County warrant for Possession of Controlled Substance, PG 1, under 1 gram.
03/13- Brandi Catherine Busby, 31, of Hereford was arrested by the Texas Highway Patrol on a Potter County warrant for Theft of Property over $20-under $500 by Check. 03/14- Michael Dimond Myers, 24, of Hereford was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for Burglary of a Building and Unlawful Carrying Weapon.

CASTRO COUNTY COURT Carroll Gerber, presiding judge Judgments for March 11, 2015: Santos Oltivero Jr., 37, of Dimmitt had a hearing on his probation for the two original charges of Theft of Property over $500-under $1,500 and Driving While Intoxicated 1st Offense. His probation on both counts was extended for one (1) additional year. Joseph Eric Tannehill, 28, of Dimmitt pled guilty to the original charge of Forgery. His plea of guilt was set aside and he was placed on one (1) year of Deferred Adjudication Probation, $750 fine, $173 court costs, $50 Crime Line Fee and $100 Food Donation to the County Jail. Judgments for March 12, 2015: Yesenia Ocon Lechuga, 29, of Hart pled guilty to three (3) counts of Assault causes Bodily Injury. She was sentenced on all three charges to 90 days in jail; $750 fine in each case; $217 court cost on two cases and $267 court costs on one case; $500 in Attorney Fees. Austin Sherman, 30, of Dimmitt pled guilty to the original charge of Resisting Arrest, Search or Transportation. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail, $750 fine and $217 court costs.

Rob Kincaid, presiding judge Judgments for March 12, 2015:
Mario Alberto Sanchez Jr., 17, of Dimmitt pled guilty to the original charge of Robbery. His plea of guilt was set aside and was placed on six (6) years of Deferred Adjudication Probation, $3000 fine, $333 court costs, $50 Crime Line Fee and $750 Attorney’s Fee.
Ramon Aguero Jr., 30, of Dimmitt pled guilty to the original charges of Theft of Property over $100,000-under $200,000; Criminal Mischief over $1,500-under $20,000; Violation of Motor Fuel Tax Requirements; and Hindering Secured Creditor. His plea of guilt was set aside on all four cases and was placed on Deferred Adjudication Probation: on the Theft charge he was placed on 10 years deferred adjudication probation, $500 fine, $343 court costs, $50 Crime Line Fee and was ordered to pay $81,277 in restitution to the victim of the crime; on the Criminal Mischief charge he was placed on 5 years deferred adjudication probation, $500 fine, $343 court costs and was ordered to pay $7595.57 in restitution to the victim of the crime; on the Violation of Motor Fuel Tax Requirements he was placed on 10 years deferred adjudication probation, $500 fine and $343 court costs; and on the Hindering Secured Creditor charge he was placed on 10 years deferred adjudication probation, $500 fine, $353 court costs and was ordered to pay $838.55 in restitution to the victim of the crime. He was also ordered to complete a Theft Class and Finance Class as part of his probation.
