10/07- Kasey Garza, 18, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on a Castro County warrant for Criminal Mischief over $500-under $1,500.
10/08- Chrisforo Melendez, 59, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Deadly Conduct.
10/09- April Hope Gallardo, 28, of Lubbock was booked into jail to await transfer to the Texas Department of Criminal Justice-Institutional Division.
10/09- Leslie Gay Durham, 41, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Dimmitt Police on a Hale County warrant for Theft by Check.
10/10- Nemecio Armando Villanueva, 17, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Possession of Marijuana under 2 ounces.
10/11- Cipriano Rosendo Ramirez, 27, of Amarillo was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Prohibited Weapon-Short Barrel Firearm.
10/11- Irma Salazar Rojas, 35, of Hart was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on a Deaf Smith County warrant for Theft by Check.

Judgments for October 8, 2014:
Desabian Guy Bossett, 18, of Dimmitt pled guilty to the original charge of Possession of Marijuana under 2 ounces in a Drug Free Zone. His guilty plea was set aside and was placed on one (1) year of deferred adjudication probation, $750 fine, $173 court costs, 50 hours of community service and $50 Crime Line Fee.
Andres Rangel Munoz, 19, of Dimmitt pled guilty to the original charge of Possession of Marijuana under 2 ounces in a Drug Free Zone. His guilty plea was set aside and was placed on one (1) year of deferred adjudication probation, $750 fine, $173 court costs, $100 Food Donation to the County Jail and $50 Crime Line Fee.
Herman Henry Luna, 40, of Amarillo pled guilty to the original charge of Fail to Identify Giving False Information. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail probated for one (1) year, $750 fine, $257 court costs, $50 Crime Line Fee and a $100 Food Donation to the County Jail.
Martin Cabrera Hernandez, 51, of Hart pled guilty to the original charge of Driving While License Invalid with Previous Conviction. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail probated for one (1) year, $500 fine, $257 court costs, $50 Crime Line Fee and a $100 Food Donation to the County Jail.
Basilio Gil, 41, of Dimmitt pled guilty to the original charge of Assault causes Bodily Injury Family Violence. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail probated for one (1) year, $750 fine, $257 court costs, $50 Crime Line Fee and a $100 Food Donation to the County Jail.
Israel Martinez Hernandez, 56, of Dimmitt pled guilty to the original charge of Driving While Intoxicated 1st Offense. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail probated for one (1) year, $750 fine, $435.10 court costs, $50 Crime Line Fee, 50 hours of community service and was ordered to take an Alcohol Awareness Class at his own expense.

April Hope Gallardo, 28, of Lubbock had a hearing on violations of her Deferred Adjudication Probation. She pled true to the violations and she was adjudicated on the original charge of Aggravated Perjury. She was sentenced to 6 years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice-Institutional Division, $2,000 fine and $101 court costs.
